Won’t work on cell network, only wifi. When attempting to place order, it says technically error every time. Save yourself and just use the website. The app is a failure.
Review order fails- blank screen

I get my order all set then go to Review Order and nothing appears (blank screen). This needs to get fixed. It’s been this way for over a year. Update: now I get to the place order screen and it won’t go through. The last six time I’ve tried to use this app I’ve had to give up and call the order in. So frustrating.

It's been a whole year that I've had this app downloaded, and every time that I try and login, it says the same thing. "WeRe hAVinG proBLeMS CoNnECtinG tO tHe SerVEr". I love B-dubs, but fix your app.
Do not install. Just call your order in.

This app is awful. I have given it multiple chances since 2016 and it still does not work. You get all the way to checkout and EVERY TIME it says there is an error completing the order. Whether you’re checking out as a guest, sign in to a profile, choose pay with card or pay at pickup, it still does not work. You all have had over 4 years to fix this app. I’m done giving it chances.

Can’t ever order on the app. I get the UH OH error all the time ordering boneless wings and blue burger. I’ve tried everything and it won’t let you thru to the payment screen. Have to order online. And even that screws up because you can’t pass on carrots and celery, screen scrolls up and down and changes the size of the wings you ordered. I’m officially done w it tonight. I’ve tried here and the store. A fix is never going to happen.
No gift cards allowed

Every time I try to log in on the app, it says it cannot connect to server. I have no trouble with any other app or using BDubs online website....
