The only good thing is the menu format other than that the app is horrible it doesn’t let me pay through the app, and it also doesn’t let me sign in to my account for rewards.

Put in order at 435p to be ready at 6p got there at 545p waited until 625p before leaving without food. Hopefully my payment gets refunded but my time is valuable as well.


Don’t bother

Just call them to make the order. Half the time, you’ll have your order complete, cart ready for check out, and then the technical errors. Won’t let you put in payment information, won’t let you place the order. The app is trash. Just call them and place your order instead. The app is only useful for viewing their menu.

Great, but not developed correctly

The app does work and orders wings effectively, but your given no updates for your order about where it is. One time I asked the restaurant about it and they had no clue there was an app for delivery. This app just uses doordash for delivery because once i told them to lookup the order under doordash, they found it. They need to manage this app better on there end and be able to give updates on orders. Otherwise the app works great.


Can’t even log in…

I cannot even log into my account using the app. I can log in fine using the website. I am using the “Log In For Faster Checkout” button… I just receive the following error message. This has happened multiple times at different times of the day. “Oops! – Could not connect to the server. Please try again later.”


Never lets me order

This app would be easy to use to order for pickup but once I input all my information it never lets me place the order. So annoying. I end up calling to place the order.


Doesn’t work!

Went through all the work to get an order together only for the app to say, uh oh.. we are experiencing issues, try again later! Tried 7 times.. Also, y’all should merge your rewards app if you can ever get this one to work.

I have ordered from the app a few times now - on more than one occasion it has ordered from the wrong location (last time I specifically made a point to tell those I was with I had better make sure to change it to the correct one, did so, and it changed it back to the location I had ordered from last). Another bummer - have a gift card I’d like to use but there’s no way to enter it in the app. Also, if I sign in to my account why wouldn’t it automatically use my order to add to my rewards account - no reason they shouldn’t be linked.
