Annoying online order does not work

This app is crap. I can never order online. Always having technical difficulty. My husband and I eat here once a month. Most times I can’t go in and eat so we like to order and just enjoy quiet time at home. Really its annoying, fix the problem.

Buffalo Wild Wings is generally very bad at doing online orders. This app is no exception. The only way to make sure your order goes through is still to call the restaurant. Both this app and the webpage said that the order couldn’t be completed because the item (boneless wings) was not available. No surprise, everything was available when I called.

I have attempted to place many orders with the app but have never been able to check out because of constant error messages when hitting the checkout button. Do not download.

Tried multiple times and it never lets me submit an order. You get to the last screen and it tries submitting...only to get “UH OH”. Beyond frustrating. Don’t bother. Just call it in and wait in hold forever. At least your order is in before you get there.

Whenever I try to order I’m forced to add veggies to my bogo & it always gets an error so I end up not getting anything

If App could allow the option to pay at counter like before it would help A LOT especially since it does not allow to apply military discount, therefore, by ordering online it forces you to pay right then and there without discount. Instead, I am having to call in the order and the person who answers the phone not only sounds like they hate their job, but also messes up the order because they don’t give a crap. PLEASE ADD THE OPTION TONPAY IN PERSON ON THE APP!
