Can’t check out - pointless app

For a while this app was totally fine. Then about two months or so ago - it just stopped working. I can literally do everything until I hit “check out” then the app goes basically blank, constantly loads, or times out. I always end up having to call the store instead - which usually means being put on hold for a decade. I would ALWAYS prefer to order through an app/online versus calling in because I’m able to create all notes for any substitutions or changes to a menu item. I’m able to set a pick up time. When you call in - you can’t guarantee they understood you and if you tell them a time, more often than not, they put the food in anyway and it’s just waiting or you to arrive. Fix your app or just take it off the market.
Never able to complete an order

I am always hopeful that it will work, but I get to the “review” step after I’ve built my entire family’s order and it’s blank. Nothing will load and no place to go but back. Very frustrating. I have to call in my order every time, and the price is always different!
Cant pay online anymore

Please fix the app, including website! First couldn’t check out. After 15 minutes got to the checkout page. I wanted to pay online and it wouldn’t let me. Total hassle. Switched to my laptop and then it wouldn’t allow me to place an order at my location. Your tech dept needs help

Blank screen whenever you try to checkout makes this useless. No clue if my order went through or not.

I have had this app awhile and on a couple phones over a couple years. I don’t think I’ve successfully placed one order yet. What a waste. If you’re not going to do it right, why even bother? Just try the App Store link for “app support.” What do you see? 404 not found. Go figure.
Don’t waste your time

Check out is very glitchy. Spent 30 minutes trying to submit a to-go order and only kept getting error messages. Uninstalled it and same issue. Very frustrating, pick up time got pushed back ridiculously. At the end we ordered somewhere else
Used to work fine until recently
