I bought tickets for enrique iglesias and ricky martin , when i try to claim the tickets the person selling then has cancel the tickets transferred , so I try getting help all sells are final no refund , the event will be next year but I have no tickets and no money, Beware .

I will not be using this service again I will tell my friends and family and costumers not to use this service no contact number only email which I have emailed them over 7times and comes back with an automatic response my concert keeps getting pushed back 3times already and I just want a refund nowhere does it say about a refund I get it covid-19 is the issue but why keep pushing people your costumers into delaying the concert instead instead of refunding there hard earn money just very bad way to do business with people you should be ashamed of yourselfs

Having an extremely hard time getting a refund for Boney James tickets purchased through this company. Buyers please beware. stick to the more well known companies. I gave them a fair shot and now it looks like I've lost $120. This really hurts especially during these hard times.

We purchased tickets for the fair online to avoid the line outside the gate. After purchase it said, “your tickets may take a few hours to deliver” seriously? It takes a few HOURS to deliver an E-ticket. They even charge $1/ticket for convenience and then cause inconvenience. Crap app 100%. I can stand in line and be out in 30min.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I bought tickets to a fair a few days early just in case they would take a little while to appear but when I opened the app it automatically opened up the tickets I bought and then when I closed it I lost my tickets that I wasn’t ready to use. This app stole my money and won’t give you the choice to open the tickets when you are ready to. I have more tickets and the event is for today and I’m scared to open the app too early for this event and then lose even more money. This app needs to change or just get lost all together.

Flashseats automatically listed all venues along with tickets that were available fir sale bu other users. Can’t find that option here so far. Know circus put brakes on a lot but should be something out there. All I’m getting is the performers and not those in my area. Maybe doing something wrong but customer service said it would operate along lines of flash seats. Not so far if you ask me.

I had no issues with ticket purchases but uninstalled it immediately when it wanted to track me. A screen popped up asking to always allow it on.

Why can’t I log in?

I’m needing to purchase tickets for an event in two days. However, I can’t even get to the point of paying for my tickets because my log in is somehow wrong after 5 seconds. I signed into my account with an auto filled password saved on my phone and after choosing my tickets it asks me to sign in again and for some magical reason my password is invalid. I even tried making another account and even MAKING an account your password is invalid. How is it invalid if the account hasn’t even been made yet? This is getting ridiculous.
