Terrible app

You can’t even purchase your tickets on the app because once you type all your information it just gives a “verify order” screen with no way to continue. Ticket prices have already increased due to my thinking you can buy things on a ticketing system app. Definitely 0 stars. Use something more reliable like Ticketmaster.
Can’t resell my tickets

My tickets say they are listed for resale yet when logging in from other devices I can’t see them for sale when searching for them. Therefore, I assume no one can see them. I’ve listed them for WAY below face value and they haven’t sold. I assume this is because no one is seeing them. Tech support (person helping me was named Jessica) was no help whatsoever.

So around September I ordered tickets to a lorde concert with the idea that I had to get tested 24 hours before the event that was fine. But month later in December they switched up on me and changed it to vaccinated only and no refunds so I didn’t even have a chance to get my money back if I didn’t agree with the statement so I resold my tickets at a loss of 80$ and can’t even take my money out until the concert in April this is extremely troubling and has made something exciting for me a nightmare.
Don’t both with customer service!

I’ve reached out to customer service twice about tickets that were never forwarded to my account and have gotten no help except generic message received emails back. AXS is proving to be as unhelpful as Ticketmaster. There is no where to go for help so I guess I’m out $172 worth of tickets. Thanks for nothing.
No idea how to find my tickets

I have been trying to figure out how to get my tickets for over an hour. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but why can’t they just print paper tickets. I’ve been using this app StubHub app and I can’t find them. Very frustrating

I get postponing a concert —- but for a year!? Who knows what will happen in a year? So I can’t have a refund!? Who is going to buy my tickets for a concert a year from now? Your policies seem really scammy. Really scammy. Ridiculous. I want my money back.
No list of “fees”!….?

I read ALL the fine print and the only fee reference states..” any fees we may impose on sellers related to the sale.” Again, no listing of what those fees are or a percentage that may be taken.. Had I know you were going to take $200 from the sale of my tickets, I NEVER would have sold them through your app. I would have transferred them to the buyer and had them pay me the cash instead of losing $200 just for using your platform. What a joke ?
Where are my tickets

Bought my first tickets from this app. Purchased tickets on website. Bought them six days ago. No tickets. Used the chat app. Waited 61 positions to not be helped. “You have to call customer service.” Then hung up the chat conversation. Had another question to ask. Got placed back in line behind 39 People. Not very happy.
