Why can’t I log in? – AXS Tickets Review

I’m needing to purchase tickets for an event in two days. However, I can’t even get to the point of paying for my tickets because my log in is somehow wrong after 5 seconds. I signed into my account with an auto filled password saved on my phone and after choosing my tickets it asks me to sign in again and for some magical reason my password is invalid. I even tried making another account and even MAKING an account your password is invalid. How is it invalid if the account hasn’t even been made yet? This is getting ridiculous.
