I can not even get login work! The issue even need to wait for IT to resolve … is the login basic function?
Horrible way to buy tickets

Bought tickets to Cirque du Soliel or whatever it’s called for my brothers family for Xmas. It wasn’t until AFTER I paid for them that I realized I had to Download this stupid App to get to the tickets and I CANT PRINT ThEM!!! So I’m gonna have to get my brother to also download this dumb App, make an account and then transfer the tickets to him. Sooo stupid and inconvenient. This is worse than Ticketmaster and StubHub combined

For a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year, you'd think they wouldn't need to nickel and dime everyone. But the fees are out of control, and downright greedy. And adding "seller connection" fees just to sell a ticket that a boat load of fees were already paid on??? What a joke.

I wasted so much time having to locate the correct app, creating an account, and accessing tickets for a one-time event. Wallet is 100 times better than this terrible app.

This app is NOT recommended. Especially if you’re buying tickets off StubHub or any other 3rd party site. I don’t understand why they are allowed to sell same day tickets with the disclaimer that they need additional time to process tickets. I bought the tickets 12+ hours ago and 2 hrs prior to the game I still don’t have them on the app. This is unacceptable!! AVOID!!!

After many attempts and using chat help. I have not been able to get paid for the sale of my tickets. I will never use S s again and do not recommend fit to anyone e.

I can’t find my Hamilton tickets. It says they’ve been sent by the seller on stubhub . I don’t understand why I have to download another app when I bought tickets from stubhub. Can you make this any more difficult??

I can finally say I have had a positive experience with ticketing. removing two stars on principle though because I’m sure they are still screwing someone over somehow.
