Unsatisfactory

The customer service links that may be sent to your personal email do not properly link to the app . This makes it very hard to process refunds. It seems odd to me that this app makes it very hard to assist you in completing requests. I am not satisfied with it.

This company is crap. They are screwing thousands out of refunds. Checkout their reviews online at Trustpiolet, Yelp and the BBB. Don’t use them for tickets, EVER!!!

No refund on cancelled event

I paid about $180 on tickets to a show, the show got cancelled, was told I would get automatic refund within 30 days. Haven’t seen a dime. I also logged into my account, and there’s no history of the transaction. How convenient for them.


Wont let me log into my account

Wont let me log into my account and tried changing the password. Email hasnt been sent to reset. Live chat is down and cant access help page.

My event got canceled 3+ months ago, and I was never refunded. Donna J from the US customer service live chat refused to answer my questions. Avoid!!!


No refund for postponed Concerts

Service will not issue refund or consider one for a concert that was “postponed” due to Covid, with no new date planned until the artist picks a new one. The same concert that initially was moved to a different venue and AXS did not update the ticket information or issue an email about the change or postponement. The site does not even show an order or ticket history.

i had tried ordering tickets and everyone i tried it kept telling me it didn’t work. i tried twice with the same notification popping up and i had almost given up until there were 2 large transactions done and i lost 1,000 dollars. i didn’t get a email to verify that i had bought the tickets and i continuously emailed them for information. nothing has worked and i haven’t gotten a verification email nor a response to my previous concerns. if i could go back in time and just use ticket master, i would 100% do it . this app is crap and filled with bugs . not to mention the scamming . would NEVER recommend.

I will never use AXS again. They are horrible at refunding $$$ if they ever refund. I have contacted them several times and requested a refund. Several months after concert I have yet to receive my refund.
