Breach of trust

For an event that was canceled, I got an email from AXS telling me to use their app in order to get a refund. However, the app provides no interface for receiving such a refund. They did have a contact form with more fields on it then applying for an international visa… So I filled that out but I have no idea whether it will even work. We will see. Requiring users to jump through so many hoops in order to get the refund that they are owed is extremely bad faith as tantamount to ripping off customers. It feels to me like they made getting a refund so difficult/frustrating that they will take the money and run from anyone who doesn't have Jedi-like patience. If they don't refund my money, I won't let it go. Even if they do, I'd never use AXS again because of the bad faith way they operate.


Hate the transition from Flash Seats!

Got a notification from Flash Seats saying they were moving to AXS, so I downloaded it and tried to make an account to check my tickets and I couldn’t even create an account! I kept getting error messages ?

I’ve used the Flash Seats app for years with no problems. Recently, after making a purchase I was informed that AXS would be taking the place of the discontinued Flash Seats app effective 8/30. I didn’t have a problem with the transition until I downloaded AXS and attempted to login. It was explained that if you had Flash Seats then you already had an account in AXS waiting for you. Understandably, you’d only have to reset your password and then you’d have access to all your account content. Unfortunately, after I downloaded this horrible app, it wouldn’t allow me to sign in. I requested a password and followed the instructions, but that didn’t resolve the situation. Every time I try to sign in, after creating a new password with my already existing email address on file, I’m told that There is an account error and I need to be redirected to the help page or live chat. At that point I’m told it is “cookie” related and I can’t proceed in Safari without changing my settings. The only problem is, I’m not using Safari so it should make a difference. I’m annoyed with this application and don’t even care to resolve the issue. I’m going to really miss the easy use of Flash Seats. Too bad it makes you give this app at least one star on the review. This app is absolute garbage!!!

Problem with payment

I tried to purchase tickets multiple times using many different cards and it has failed every single time. It says there was a problem with my payment and the transaction could not be completed. Also there is no easy way to contact AXS for questions

Will not give me my money

I sold tickets to a concert that my family wasn’t able to attend. The concert ended up being subsequently canceled due to COVID-19. The company will not give me my balance of my sale until the event takes place. The event was supposed to happen in June and the company still will not give me my funds. The concert has been rescheduled to next September so I can only assume ax’s will be withholding my money till then. Do not use this company if having your money is important to you.


Refund???

Still no refund for Celine Dion concert at Staples Center on 4/2/2020. I’ve called so many times and get the runaround. But I was told I’d get a refund. I really could use that money right now.

Compre unas entradas para el concierto de Enrique Iglesias y Ricky Martín desde marzo 11 del 2020, pasó todo lo del COVID 19 y se pospuso, pero yo pensaba que mis entradas estaban guardadas o por lo menos que saliera que ahí están para el próximo año, pero resulta que no hay nada y que se transfieren a otra app que tampoco los tiene, hasta este punto quisiera cancelarlos pero no hay nadie que pueda darme solución, mande un correo, pero solo me lo regresan con las mismas palabras que yo escribí. Me gustaría una solución, yo entiendo que esto del COVID nos vino a perjudicar a todos, pero yo quiere mi dinero de regreso y no se cómo recuperarlo. Es muy triste ?
