As a musician, live music is a must for me. AXS has never accepted any of the three banks I've used since I started going to shows. I constantly have to buy tickets through some other means or get a friend to buy them for me. Been this way for years. Too inconvenient.
Won’t let me login to app and you can’t access tickets otherwise ?

I can’t login to the app, and that’s the only way to get tickets. I tried my username and password, my fb, everything. I can logon to the site tho
Completely useless

Kept saying there was a problem processing your request, I was in queue from the first minute. Kept all this up until Stapleton was sold out. Worthless and not a fan.

I always have a hard time logging in. It always asks for a email verification and I never even get one! It’s frustrating to even try and get ahold of Simone to help!

Been almost two months since the event and still not paid. Have called and chatted with support multiple times. Each time they say they will submit a ticket. Use other ticket brokers at all possible.
Tickets never delivered

I was charged for event tickets but never received them. They were e-tickets so should have been sent quickly. Customer service did not respond. I am furious.
