Crap App

This is the worst app I think I have ever used. My boyfriend and I are trying to access our concert tickets been directed and redirected. He can access in his laptop through the web browser. Can not create, reset or doing anything except on a laptop… so what is the point of an app??? I really hope that artist and venues take note of the poor quality of this app and find another company that is user friendly so that people can actually use the app we are told to use to access our tickets.. total garbage.

This is the absolute worst app and even worse customer service I’ve dealt with in my life. I do not appreciate putting my money on the line for you not updating your systems. Look back over the last couple of years and notice every single review saying the same thing, quit selling your garbage or update it. I didn’t choose you, my ticket seller did. Complete waste.
The most difficult ticket site

I dread when a concert I really want to attend has tickets on this site. I’m constantly required to create new passwords to access my tickets, I’m unable to take a screenshot of tickets on this website to send them to friends who will arrive at the event at a different time as me.

I got completely scammed buying tickets that I didn’t know were resale until my non refundable purchase was made. I had googled the venue and event title and it was seemingly taking me to the venue you site. I didn’t find out until the next day that not only was I not purchasing tickets from the actual venue but that they were resale and I paid double for seats that were in the last row! Then the event date got changed and I got no notification.
App lacks key selling features from website

The app needs to add the ability to adjust prices of tickets you’ve already listed like you can do on the site. Easier to navigate interface would be nice too.

Perpetual password resets. Non existent customer service for tickets that will be needed in person. Nothing good to say about AXS. This app holds hostage hundreds of $$$ of tickets and no one can help you when it goes south.
