Very poor cummunications

It has taken months to get any answers out of there people, I was never offered a refund and only found out by searching through their website..it takes over a month to process a refund and who knows how long to get credited..I’m at 1.5 months..additional I sold two tickets, the buyer sent the money to AXS but I can’t get paid until the show is rescheduled, that could be next year..so AXS has my money but I can’t have it..it would make sense to cancel the sale and refund me the original purchase price..

Cannot seem to log into app. Says something is wrong. Reset password 3 times sent mail Have not heard anything back. Tickets are for tonight 10-22-2020 and I need some help 940-395-3902

Really disappointed in this app. Hard to navigate, password reset takes days, has never really worked first time thru. It’s like the opposite of using amazon.com

Trying to log in is a nightmare. They then ask you to reset your password and when you do it just hangs.

I purchased tickets on September 25 and it is November 4 and they are still not showing in my account and I am unable to reach a person nor will anyone answer my email inquiries. Beyond frustrated

Worst ticket app I have ever used! Changed password because I couldn’t remember it. Couldn’t log in and kept telling me password is incorrect but able to log into the website with said password. Contacted tech support via chat and was told it takes 24 hours for the app to refresh after changing the password! Never heard of any other app having to do that! It’s been almost 24 hours and still can’t log in. Online app support is only available via live chat or messaging. Cannot talk to a real human on the phone. Hoping this can get resolved quickly so I can attend the 2 events that decided to use this ticketing method!


Didn’t alert me that my tickets had sold

I would highly advise against buying or selling tickets on this platform. I listed a set of tickets on here and on Stubhub. The tickets sold in this app but gave me zero notification in the form of email or alert on my phone. So basically I was selling what amounts to fraudulent tickets on another platform for hours without even being made aware that they had been sold on this platform. I called customer service and was informed that this was not a mistake. They literally have no way to alert you if your tickets have sold or not. My advice for this platform is to add this feature immediately. We use our email address to sign into our accounts and they are verified, so there’s really no excuse not to send alerts to my email or notifications to my phone.
