I purchased tickets for Boys to Men Concert for December 10, 2021. The concert was canceled. I have been calling since then and still haven’t received a refund. I have been on the line numerous times over a hour wait only to be disconnected. This was apart of my honeymoon.

I work in IT support so I get it and I try to be as empathetic as possible but this has to be hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in the live chat twice waiting 45 minutes twice. Each time they ignored me and left the chat without any resolution. I was not rude or anything.

I’ve had issues with your merchant processing and there is no resources for help I’ve been using a Apple Card with your app to purchase tickets before and now I all of a sudden it won’t work I’ve reached out to my card holder customer service and am assured everything is fine with my card and I’ve tried using a different card and have the same issues I’ve repeated this same process online with desktop and got the same errors with both cards the other card is with Wells Fargo

I don’t have enough room or time to tell you how terrible this AXSBuying and selling process has been horny. Over 100 tickets bought and sold and it could not be worse no one will returns calls And after hours and hours on hold you only get a customer service rep who says no

I tried to buy tickets and got an error code 7+ times. Tried all the suggestions their customer service people gave me (not being on Wifi, downloading the app, trying a different card) and none of them worked. Later, I attempted to delete my account, but found no options to on the app or online. I contacted customer service, and the agent directed me to a “Do Not Sell My Info” form and a number to call after finishing the form. I filled out the form and received a prompt email informing me I was not eligible. As a last ditch effort I called the number provided and was met with a pre-recorded message stating that AXS is not selling tickets over the phone and that I should use their website. No other options available. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

DO NOT REPEAT NOT SELL TICKETS HERE TPU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.. I had concert tickets listed for sale and tried to pull them off the for sale list to sell private party and it said I could not they were already sold .. I also could not get them back after their was no email confirmation.. I never got the money and when I called they said they went unused..it cost me $300.. these people are fraudsters and cheats !

Am I losing it, or is there no way to filter results by the number of tickets you want? I go to countless events and use every other ticket app, so I’m not completely uneducated on using these apps. Makes buying tickets a real hassle. I’ll just use the other guys.
