Breach of trust – AXS Tickets Review

For an event that was canceled, I got an email from AXS telling me to use their app in order to get a refund. However, the app provides no interface for receiving such a refund. They did have a contact form with more fields on it then applying for an international visa… So I filled that out but I have no idea whether it will even work. We will see. Requiring users to jump through so many hoops in order to get the refund that they are owed is extremely bad faith as tantamount to ripping off customers. It feels to me like they made getting a refund so difficult/frustrating that they will take the money and run from anyone who doesn't have Jedi-like patience. If they don't refund my money, I won't let it go. Even if they do, I'd never use AXS again because of the bad faith way they operate.
