Can’t scroll

Downloaded the app to find out urgent care providers trying to be proactive. The find care worked great, gave me 29 results. Unfortunately I can’t scroll to view any of them.

I was hoping the other reviews were just to critical....they weren’t. I couldn’t get anything to work, including seeing the ID cards and locating a physician. Not sure what this App would be used for.

Good luck getting it remember that you set it up with a thumbprint. Fails to unlock this way about 60% of the time.

I can only view my ID card in this app. It is the slowest app ever. I can’t even view any claim or other info on here. Pointless.

What the heck?! I went through the whole process, it actually found me, only for this app to fail miserably! When I installed all of my info, including all of my security questions, all it says is that something went wrong. It doesn’t tell me what went wrong so I can’t fix whatever is wrong. My answers AREN’T wrong! I’m completely frustrated! I’ve tried reinstalling at least four times, but I’m giving up on it. I’m deleting this idiotic app.

Unable to view ID card

As a new enrollee, my welcome email suggested I use the app to view my ID card, instead of having one mailed to me. So I agreed. But I can’t find any way to view my ID card. I also can’t access my account settings via the app. Their web site is very difficult to use, too.

Receive vague error message when I attempt to register my account using this app as instructed by the email I received from anthem. The only way to get in touch with customer service/help seems to be their online message service but I am unable to sign in to my account so am not able to use that. Hoping for better luck using their automated phone system.

Terrible UI

I've never experienced an app so terrible that I felt the need to write a review until now. It's impossible to type in a text field unless you click the field a million times to bring up a keyboard. I also haven't even been able to check a box. It's definitely not my phone, every other app works fine. Somehow they managed to mess up the simple aspect of data entry. Once you are able to even get past the login screen, it takes an abysmal amount of time to switch between different features.

Limited functionality

There is almost no functionality in the app. It is for viewing limited information and that’s about it. You cannot download or view EOBs and the load time for loading the claims or cards takes almost 30 seconds. I have 30 seconds, but it is well above average for a 2018 app. Also, Anthem purposely designed a mobile version of the site that imitates the app and you cannot request the desktop version without getting logged out, so it is impossible to view or download an EOB from a mobile device. Terrible user experience.

I can’t get in anymore does not accept my log in info n when I want to change them don’t receive their email to do so
