Can’t even use the app

I’ve been trying to use this app, but can’t get past the login page- my username and password are correct but the app won’t let me log in, instead I always get a pop up window saying, “We’re here to help! Give our help line a call..”. Very frustrating.

First I couldn’t pay my bill, and now I can’t even log on. Website works tone though. PLEASE fix this application.

It never lets me log in and when it does none of the features work. If I could give this app negative or even no stars I would.
Can’t Register

App fails to register. I’m unable to proceed after entering in name, DOB, member ID, creating password, three security questions & answers and going paperless. Use case: I need a digital version of my card because I started a new job (don’t have physical cards) and need to see a physician out of state.

I tried to download and use this for the first time. I haven’t been able to even load the app. I’ve tried multiple times over the past week and it never works. This is not worth your time.

This is a non-app. Even if it were working I’d only use it for wallet card convenience which is apparently supported in other anthem apps according to Apple watch wallet demos for Illinois Anthem users. Skim the simple Wallet developer guide guys, cmon!

seriously, i've never seen an app so buggy. it won't even let me log in without suggesting I call the comm center, and the tells me something is consistently going wrong - to try again later. my information isn't even safe is it? Do. Better.

This app is really slow. It take way longer than it should to load and to go from page to page within it. It’s a pain to use because I can’t just check it in a pinch. I have to make sure I have plenty of time to do what I need to because of how slow it is.
