It will download but a blue screen comes up with a rotating circle of dots. That’s as far as it goes.
Useless.

All I get is “Sorry, there must be something wrong” “Please give us some time to fix it. Then try again”. But when you try again, even days later, same message.
Didn’t have what I hoped

It’s a nice little app if you’re just looking for the basics. My main reason for downloading was to be able to see if procedures were covered and what copays were, etc. you won’t find anything of that nature in this app.
Call Member Services Button doesn't work

I had to write down the number from the digital insurance card and call it manually. What year is it? To be fair, at least my insurance card did load. Just super slow. So hooray for that!
Can’t see my claims

All you can do is find a doctor, look at your card, estimate costs, and check messages. Literally none of those are as important as viewing my claims. Please do something about this.

That App was easy to setup and fully functional. I almost avoided due to the reviews but then saw a detailed 5 Star review and said... ahh ok “user” related errors.

Good: * easily view, share, fax, email ID card--completely eliminating the need to cary physical ID card * find a doctor tool is useful Bad: * aside from two items above, the app is pretty useless; really... local food trucks have better apps * nearly zero access to you account, so you will still be very dependent on a non-mobile-friendly desktop website Come on, Anthem, this app doesn't come close to doing everything it needs to do. You get so much of my money, this app should be the best in the biz. App feels like a rough draft and has much room for improvement.
Can’t Even Sign Up

I downloaded the app and opened it. All I get is a big spinning wheel. Tried reinstalling several times to no avail. This does not install confidence in me for BC/BS overall.
