Just not even worth the data to download it. Zero functionality to look at your own information and claims. I would recommend removing from AppStore due to it having zero value. A picture of an ID card is better, takes up less memory and doesn’t track your activity and location. This is complete waste of everyone’s time and everyone should be given a dollar for the lack of effort Anthem and the developers did on this piece. This needs a negative star rating option.

On my iPhone 6 this app just sits and spins. I left it spinning for 30 mins just to test. I had hopes when I saw an update, but same results. Unusable.

I tried downloading App today 2/25/18 and it never appears to have dowloaded. I just have a perpetual circle of dots that goes round and round. BTW, previous phone customer support was Not helpful at all. I believe Anthem release a beta version for us guinea pigs to work out the bugs. Completed dissatisfied with App!

Is there a reason why there are emojis in weird places throughout the app? Instead of a search button, there’s these lips ? Instead of forward and backward arrows, there’s strange symbols ?✴️ Instead of the filter icon, there’s a women’s bathroom sign ?
Last update ruined everything

Used to love this app, mostly use it to just see if claims have been approved or not. I have a chronic health condition and therefore have many many claims to keep track of. Since the last update 5 days ago I have been unable to log on. Called tech support who initially said I wasn’t registered even though I have been for years and years. Then finally got someone who wasn’t a total idiot, but all he could do was have me take a screen shot of my error messages and send them to him so he could send it to someone else who could fix the problem some time in the future. Seriously? So ridiculous....
Can’t pay premiums

I can’t pay my premiums through the app OR website from a mobile device, even from specialized browsers that let me request Anthem’s desktop site - it still forces the mobile site on me, which doesn’t allow for making payments like the desktop site. The “mobile app” is just the lousy, limited mobile site ported into an app icon. There’s no point and I have to call every month to make my payment instead of paying through the website, which I used to be able to do before the “mobile improvements.”

None of my claims details show up even though they were more than 30 days ago. The message sender does not work at all: the “Subject” pull-down menu is empty but the message will not send because it errors out if you don’t pick a subject. Pretty disappointing app from a multimillion dollar corporation.

Will not open app at all. I would like for app to be fixed so I can keep track of my healthcare. Please fix bugs in app!!!!
