Slow....really slow. Not worth it

Useless app for help finding doctors. Still can’t open the care and cost finder. It does give you a digital copy of your card but you could also snap a pic and put it your favorites so it is just as easily accessible. Seems easier to go online and use the website.

Got to the last step and it said “something went wrong.” It still sent me a confirmation email saying I registered, but I couldn’t log in. This app was on my phone for about 5 minuets before I deleted it. I’ll just take a picture of my cards.

Every time you update a New Version it sounds like your proud of yourself.For example Manage prescriptions and claims. Get a copy of ID Cards etc etc. But after updates it’s the same old garbage. Just look up a Doctor and change profile information. No access to I’d cards no managing prescriptions and no looking up any claims . Actually on the full website I can’t even print a temporary ID card . The catch 22 is there is no member services phone number anywhere. You mention in the back of the I’d card. But after 7-8 requests for a card I still have not received one . The App is junk the access to get questions answer is like where’s Waldo. I wish my employer never switched from Cigna. I’m thinking of quitting my Job just to get a different insurance

The app works but has very limited features. How about adding the ability to look up prescription prices, which today one can only do on the website?

I see a lot of 1-star, almost didnt download the app. However, I was curious of the reported problem. I am using iPhone 6s+ ios version 11.3. The app responds quickly, no issue experienced.

Horrible app which does not update with current information. Information is also not easily found and takes forever to even load any information. The only thing it is good for is if you don’t have your card on you.

The app kicks me off all the time. I have had to re-register numerous times. When this happens I have to spend an hour on the phone to fix it. I can click on my insurance card but when I click on my wife's of my daughters it comes up once in a blue moon. When I search for a doctor it never works. Solution-go look into insurance apps that have 4-5 star ratings and do something similar or hire the person that created it. YOUR APP IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Please allow us to save the Insurance card to Apple wallet. This would be so convenient. Also, updating it for iPhone X would be nice too considering it came out 6 months ago.

This app crashed constantly-when I’m able to login anyway. Have called the helpline numerous times and will have them help me get in and the next login attempt fails again. If I didn’t need this in order to keep track of my medical spending etc I’d delete this app for good
