Your app is impossible to use. It’s a glitchy mess that gets stuck and crashes randomly. Get your act together, Amazon, and fix it.

not me. it won’t even update the app!

Yeah, it goers the job done, but fairly poorly. The user interface is pretty ugly and it isn’t very intuitive at all. It also seems to run very clunky. Freezes often. Pretty disappointing for the money that you spend on a echo. I hope they put some more time in development and design.

I have everything linked in the app including address. When I ask for weather, Alexa always gives me the weather in Sunnyvale. I am in Portland, OR. My Pandora is linked, but Alexa tells me to link it before she can play it. This app is not ready for prime time. I really don’t see what good it is doing for me...it does play SOME music that I ask for, but isn’t good at finding what I want. I have a radio and CD player nearby with better speakers. So disappointing and feel duped by this.

Honestly, come on Amazon. You can afford better than this. Alexa is great, don’t get me wrong, but this app has NEVER worked for me. It’s ridiculously slow all the time, but as of late it is crashing any time I try to open it. Great service, just needs a better app.

Useless Annoying APP

Is it me or does this APP blow? Useless and hardly any controls. Twice in one week and to manually reconnect the Bluetooth. The music controls are horrible. How about song choices and the ability to see and manage them. Navigation is horrible. Getting around and finding what you need. Hate it.

Takes me five minutes just to do anything on this app. At first I thought it might be that I still have an iPhone 5 but looks like other people have the same problems. I tried to connect the TAP to my hotspot but the app crashed 3-5 times and it took a little over an hour to figure it out. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

I can’t use the drop in feature on my iPad. Had blank screens for awhile until I uninstalled and reinstalled. Not a very good app for iPad. I have a Google Pixel and the app works fine for that device. Googling found that the iPad does not have/support the conversation feature. The iPad app is not good, but the android app on my phone works better. Rating a 1 based on iPad app.

Can’t get this app to stay open! What’s going on? Why isn’t this app getting some attention? I’ll sacrifice getting my Amazon packages for a few days if you fix the app!?
