Need to be able to edit contacts

I bought an echo device for my elderly parents knowing that they call feature would be one of the most used functions. However it was frustrating that we had to upload every single one of the 300 contacts in their phone instead of just the five people they call on a regular basis. Please consider changing the contact upload feature to allow the user to pick and choose who they would like to add.

Ok I love amazon and I love my echo devices no complaints. BUT THIS APP IS UNUSABLE. Update for iPhone X please!! It’s web based why is t hard to make the app responsive! It’s so slow and glitchy and adding skills is such a chore

It’s one thing when a small dev postpones updates, but Amazon has the resources to get it done.
Multi-Room Music Leaves Much To Be Desired

I was so excited when Amazon announced the multi-room music feature for the Echo devices. I was then quickly dismayed to find out that it wouldn’t work with the two Taps that I have. Seems to be quite the oversight. So I got some Dots on Black Friday sales and replaced my Taps. Pretty much one Dot for every room with an Echo Show in the kitchen. Go to set up my groups starting with am Everywhere group where it plays the same music on every device throughout my house! Yes! This is awesome! So I decide I want to set up a few more groups for those times that I still want the same music to play in the Living Room and the Kitchen, but not in the bedrooms. Only to discover that once you have a device in one group you can’t place it in another group. Again... what an oversight.

Please add a phone key pad, since you can make call with in the USA, Canada and Mexico, the only way to call is to have the number save in your contact

The app will not update when opened. The page stays right at the home page. Can’t get to routines, settings, anything. Not satisfied with the app or the device.

This app is good, but lacks the most important ability. You have to add the ability to have Alexa perform a series of commands that start third party skills. For example, when I say “Alexa, Good night” she could shut off the lights, tell you night, night and then play Thunderstorm sounds and loop that sound request
