Please add support for the iPhone X display. Otherwise, great app for functionality and information.
sad settings
We transferred to a new internet service and the settings completely stopped working to be able to set up with the new provider. Amazon can explain or help other than having to deregister and set up with new email and download app again. All this means I have to cancel prime membership and amazon unlimited with old email place with new email account and start all over again!! Ridiculous! If not for this I love my dots!

You Have Not Changed The Description Of Update Contents For At Least The Last Four Updates. Any Chance You Could Tell Us What You Are Doing To The App?

The app is not well designed IMHO, so most of the time I use Bluetooth from my phone and that works great. PLEASE update the app to support the iPhone X. Even Google updated Google Voice for the iPhone X. C'mon!!

Please make this app support the iPhone X. It just looks bad on the iPhone X screen
no health app sycn
This app works well for the most part but the most troubling issue I have with it is the Lists. I tell Alexa to add something to my shopping list which it does a great job of. The issue arises when I go to the store and try to remove items as I put them in my cart. So it works well when I open it for the first time but if my phone locks and I unlock it on the list again to delete something else I just put on my cart it doesn’t receive my command and the item stays on the list until I close the app and reopen it. Please fix this because I use this feature all the time and it gets cumbersome. Thanks

Feb 2018 review. My external blue tooth speaker will no longer work with Alexa Dot. Period! Sept 2017 review-This app continues to devolve with each update. As of the latest update you now have to manually select music for your other dot or echo if you want them both to play. I keep the echo music on all day and when I shower, I stream from my dot to the shower radio. If I ask Dot alexa to play 60's music, she says you already have a device playing and would I rather hear it on this device. If you say yes, my echo turns off and the dot plays. Certainly Bezo's can hire better developers than this. I still cannot fathom the idea that the developers think this update is an improvement. It is the exact opposite. Volume control and "now playing " features are no longer static at the bottom of the screen. Latest version May 9, 2017 cripples the ability to quickly access volume control on iPhone. Can take as many as 4 steps just to get to a volume button. And the time between these steps is not "snappy", if you will. The finger slide volume control is buggy. You can't even see the volume number because it's directly under your finger tip. Pitiful pitiful implementation. App is clunky and slow to respond to touches on iPhone 6 plus. I would love to revert to the older version.
