I can’t get my shopping list to open in the store!

For me one of the most convenient features of Alexa was the shopping list. But recently the app has been completely unreliable. It either won’t open, or when it does, it will get stuck and I can’t get to my list. I can’t be sure if I will be able to see my list in the store, which is extremely frustrating! I had really come to rely on this app when I’m out, as I forget my paper lists but always have my phone with me. It WAS great. Not sure what’s happened lately. Amazon please fix these bugs and I will change my rating back to four stars. Until then, I’m back to using apple reminders lists and paper.

You update Alexa app but you aren’t fixing the problem. The list function of the app is the worst. It never works anymore. I may as well go back to pen and paper because every time I get to the store I can’t open the list portion of the app. At home I can’t open it 9 out of 10 times to even add an item. I click on add item and nothing happens. The connection between Alexa herself and the app is fine. Just fix the app. Not happy.

App is not responsive, particularly in stores where you want to check a list. Very disappointing.

The shopping list did work for a while. On my last two shopping trips, it would not open, so I just deleted the app. I’ll try it once again.

The Alexa app works beautifully with Samsung. I have had issues with the Alexa app on Apple. The interface is terrible and I cannot access all skills through this apple app

Why is it taking 5 minutes to load a screen in the app? I have Alexa play talk radio for my pup while I’m at work; and after coming home today, I had issues having Alexa turn the radio off. She wouldn’t understand any of the usual “off” commands, so I went to the app to see what’s up. CANT EVEN LOAD THE SETTINGS. COME ON! Do you guys even conduct user acceptance testing before rolling out updates? Coming from someone who coordinates large deploys for another company...you should be embarrassed and ashamed.

This app is entirely useless. I’m so frustrated with it I’m using others when possible. Come on Amazon...get off your high horse and FIX IT!!!

Since updating the app has stopped working on my phone. Literally opens and then freezes.

I am having the same problem as the review above. The app will not open in the store or becomes non-responsive. Now, I can’t even get the app to open at all. Amazon needs to fix this!
