Amazing for Building a Medical History

This app is amazing for its convenience, but also for building a medical history. You can see what doctors you saw when, you can see what you saw them for, and you can build a provider team.

Worst app, honestly better call your insurance

I have put my self in more than 5 doctors were in the app says they accept my insurance, I send picture to the doctors and they say all is ready till I arrive there and they don’t accept my insurance. Lame, really made me just lose money. Bye bye

Doctors are all 5 stars. I cannot review the doctors I saw. Just keep collecting the doctors money. It makes sense you are owned by Goldman.

So easy to find & book doctors that accept your insurance! Syncing to Google calendar is a plus!
Impossible to update insurance

Using an iPad Pro, it is impossible to add/update insurance. It asks me to take a photo, then the reverse photo...after which the only option presented is ‘cancel’ which deletes all info. Uploading photos is even worse since it only lets you upload one side of the card before forcing you to cancel. There’s seemingly no manual way to enter insurance info anymore.
Almost there, still some major screwups.

I made an appointment with a doctor on this app that they said was located in South Philly. Turns out the Dr was in the middle of nowhere New Jersey and had no affiliation in Philadelphia. That caused a bunch of problems. Also: I tried 3 times to leave a bad review for a doctor I had a horrible experience with and the app kept conveniently screwing up every time I got to the part where you actually type the review. So as it sits RN, my review has all the stars posted and the caption of “L”. After 3 attempts they won’t let me edit it anymore. What a joke. Would not recommend this app until they fix A LOT of problems.

Not to impressed so far. This is the first time I’ve tried your service when looking for a doctor for myself in Central New York after giving my address and all of the other information I was asked, was routed to a doctor down in New York City when I’m up in Central new York. Was very confusing and disorganized, as far as I’m concerned. Was hoping for something better and more user-friendly !!!

I have used Zocdoc twice and booked two appointments. First time the office called me saying they didnt take my insurance although Zocdoc told me they did. Second time they called me saying the doctor had been booked up and they had to reschedule me. I downloaded this app because it is easy to use. But what is the point of me using it if it doesn’t list correct information and i have to always end up talking to the doctor’s office to reschedule/cancel my appointments. I know this app has a lot of good reviews but it doesn’t work for me.
