Love this app. This app found me the best OBGYN.

Worthless

Lies about location 88$

Worthless app for what it’s supposed to do. Here’s why: - clutters the search page with ‘sponsored’ providers - inability to search for specific specialists. For example if you want an orthopedist, they will also list physical therapists, pain management providers, family practitioners. There is no option to search for a specific speciality. - does not save your insurance info. Every time you log on you have to input your insurance info again. - doesn’t follow your specific search criteria. For example if you want to see a provider on a specific day, it will give you all the days around the date you’re looking for but you can’t just search a specific date. And most annoying of all: inaccuracies regarding insurance coverage. App will say one thing about insurance coverage but providers will invariably call you and tell you that they don’t accept the insurance etc. it’s totally useless due to the above problems. They can easily solve this by: -Making searches for specific specialists only -Making searches for specific dates only - ensuring insurance coverage is accurate!

Great if you live in a big city

Koleckai

I live in a medium sized city in California. The app doesn’t list any doctors closer than Los Angeles metropolitan area. That is 2 hours away on busy traffic days. 4-6 hours with public transportation.

Easy

1/2.If you just moved to new town this app is absolutely incredible to find the right doctor without asking everyone. 2/2. So easy to change appointment date or even your primary doctor. Seriously my first time writing a review. I believe health very important, and I hope everyone well

Doc visit simple and easy but no options provided to help my illness

MelRMcC

I ended up seeing another online physician a few hours later that at least helped me with a different line of medicine- now that gabepentin has been changed to a controlled substance. The doc here could have took the time to prescribe something else as well. I would recommend for something like a cold or flu but not a more complicated issue especially if you have an underlying medical condition.

Terrible when you are booking virtual

Shocked at changes 123

I had the worst experience with this app. It booked a virtual appointment and requested for all my details including my insurance card. Zocdoc did not inform me that to have my virtual appointment I had to download another app to see the doctor from Mount Sinai, and they did not forward my insurance details to the hospital all of which caused me to a) miss my appointment b) get charged $150 by the hospital because they did not have my details, luckily the hospital accepted to return me the money. Why would Zocdoc ask me to share my details if they are not giving them to the right parties involved?! Sounds like they are using my details for their CRM system to sell my private information to other companies?! I don’t think I will use them again.

Doesn’t connect you to your network

1fanOfBey

I implemented the info of my insurance card with this app. And it’s showing me doctors and dentists that not in my network. Waste of time and Space in my phone.

The most useless app

dr sogand

All you can do in a website or pdf much easier is in this app. It was only useful if you could contact your doctor which you cant.

Good app

Vim767

I like the app but zocdoc needs to do a better job at holding clinicians accountable. Some offices will list availability only to call and reschedule. This is all being done to increase business which runs counter to the purpose of this app.
