Impossible to update insurance – Zocdoc Review

Using an iPad Pro, it is impossible to add/update insurance. It asks me to take a photo, then the reverse photo...after which the only option presented is ‘cancel’ which deletes all info. Uploading photos is even worse since it only lets you upload one side of the card before forcing you to cancel. There’s seemingly no manual way to enter insurance info anymore.
