No worries about being placed on hold, having to leave a message or fumbling through your calendar to find a date that works when you use ZocDoc. It couldn’t be one bit easier to schedule a visit with your physician. A+!
Doctors leaving

My dentist and my pcp used to use this but they don’t anymore. Tried finding a psychologist on here but kept getting routed to social workers. Hard to find actual doctors.

Keeps directing me to doctors in another location. I enter my address, it still does it. I go to map, change to my area, ask it to search again, still does it. Deleting
Zocdoc Makes Cancelling An Appt Simple

I needed to cancel an appointment because of COVID. It literally took TWO taps and my appointment was canceled! This is a great app that takes the pain out of going to the doctor.

Couldn’t even add insurance right or verify phone number. App crashes. Terrible. HORRIBLE. IM SO UPSET I WASTED AN HOUR TRYING

Doesn’t work

Does not work. I’ve tried to connect with several different doctors at several different times and not one appointment has gone through. So it’s not just one doctor. This has not worked for any institution that I have tried to make an appointment with.
