Where has this been all my life?

I tell everyone about this app. I have gotten next day appts which at other places I was on waiting lists, or the next appt was over a month away. On this app - you pick the day and time from what they show you. Enter your insurance and they show you who’s in your network. Getting connected through this app has pretty much saved my life.

The options provided are an hour away and there is only one in the area. I understand that Huntsville AL may not seem like a large town but you may want to expand your information. I know this is not the only city that is not considered “major” or those small towns that are really hard to find support. Those are the towns that really need it.

No doctors in my area, closest one almost an hour away. No way to search for a specific doctor. App needs a lot of work

i’m out of my state and thanks to this app I can find care that accept my insurance. love the scheduling process, reviews etc. Best health care assistant app ??????
Doesn’t show correct doctors

I booked a well woman exam with a female doctor and they said they didn’t have any female doctors. Apparently the app isn’t accurate with this type of thing however I feel that’s pretty important.

Zocdoc is the best.. You’re able to do absolutely everything on their site/app. I always use this to schedule all of my doctor visits.

This app is a waste of my time. Looking for a new physician and I get a choice of two doctors within 10 minutes and all the rest are out of state. So I tried for an eye doctor instead and same thing happened. I’m better off by asking around for recommendations off of Facebook or people who I don’t even know.

Made appointment 3 weeks in advance using Zocdoc, received confirmation and reminder day of but the doctor’s office had no record of my appointment. Tried to submit feedback within the app but got an error message stating I needed to have email activated on my iPhone (which I already do).

This app is amazing, it makes it 10 times easier to make appointments with the added pleasure of knowing a bit about the doctor before the visit. 10 out of 10
