Useless – Zendesk Support Review

I don’t understand why you even bother to update this app? It’s impossible to use it by design since its launch. The message field is so small it doesn’t allow to enter any substantial text. The worst part of it is that Zendesk website has the same problem in the browser. So Zendesk cannot be used on iPad at all. Also seems it’s still using ancient iOS framework and doesn’t support new keyboard on the iPad Pro so keyboard takes 60% of usable space. When you switch back to it on iOS 11 keyboard disappears and you have to relaunch it. Someone please rewrite it, redesign it and finally bring Zendesk to the iPad.
