App will sometimes not register when you end a rental, and charge you for a full 24-hour period. Multiple other issues with this service as well.

Have been trying to create an account for a couple weeks now but every time try there is a domain error. Zagster you’ve lost at least three new users because of this issue - get your sh*t together. Awful stuff.
Update 11/15/17 - STILL Needs many improvements

EDIT: A few bikes have gotten internet connected locks. The user is able to see the number of bikes at a location. That’s an improvement. But years later and I still can’t rent bikes a few miles away because the user is locked to whatever location they initially signed up with. They also need to utilize Apple Pay for easy credit card sign-up.

App refuses to connect at random times even after turning the Bluetooth on and off on multiple occasions. Bikes are always in poor condition, who repairs them?
