It’s happened multiple times that I lock the bike during my rental and am then unable to unlock it again. This leaves me liable to be charged for not concluding my rental at a station. The app’s recommendation? Delete and reinstall the app. This is unacceptable.

Virtually no customer support through the app. Support phone number is automated with no option to talk to an actual human. Submitting an online electronic complaint/ request for help with account problems is not fast, easy, or convenient.

I didn’t realize you had to use the same location each time you ride. I live equal distance from 2 locations and wasted 45 min trying to figure out why I kept getting out of network message while my companion signed up and got her bike right away. I wound up having to walk the greenway while she rode. I wish you could use more than one location.

Absolutely terrible experience trying to set up an account. Unfortunately I already have an account under my phone number with my work (which pays for employees). There is NO OTHER OPTIONS to create a new account that I would PAY to be able to ride a bike in another area of the city (bikes near the monon center) it says bikes are unavailable outside of network. Stupid - wasted time and money with this organization. Terrible! Absolutely counterintuitive.

I would love to try to use the bike share but the app map won’t move without constantly shaking and won’t filter to any of the available options without closing out of the app. Super frustrating.

Worked great when I needed it but gives notifications that won’t go away despite tapping every button or menu the app has. Ended up deleting the app just to clear the notification.

Three out of five times the app couldn’t find the six bikes right in front of us. #fail

Their system is broken. i've taken about 6 or 7 rides now and *every single time* there was something wrong. either the app didn't work, or the docks were messed up, or the bikes were broken. in one instance the crank fell off while i was riding. in another instance a dock had the wrong GPS coordinates, and the app charged me a penalty. if the app says 4 bikes available there will probably be 1 or 2, or often zero. etc etc. bike sharing is a great idea but it won't work unless they're willing to fix all their tech problems and commit to maintaining the bikes.
