When it works, it's nice

I used a bike to ride to work, and when I got there, the lock wouldn't function. I know what I'm doing. This isn't the first time I've used one of these. I don't have time to call the (extremely apathetic and slow, both mentally and temporally) customer service number, so I end the ride and go into work. But apparently I didn't end the ride, and it's my fault the lock wouldn't work, so I got slapped with $50 worth of fees. Although that was forgiven as a "first offense," I've largely quit using the app over fear that something totally out of my control will incur me another ridiculous fee. Only bother with this if you must.

I love being able to rent bikes. I wish the locks were a little more intuitive and there was a location near me but I'm happy regardless.

Do not use this app. They have a flawed security system and don't hesitate to charge you. How is it that they don't have a bike tracking system to keep track of where their bikes are?
Automatic bike return needed

Return needs to be automatic. I am forgetful and afraid to use app because you need to reopen the app to return the bike.

What used to be an easy accessible 1-2-3 method of bike rentals has now turned into an app that won't even take my money or give me the screen to allow me to pay for another subscription. I can't access anything through the app nor can I navigate easily without confusion. Why is it so hard to give you guys money?

I finally started riding these bikes this past week and can only say that I love it. I happen to work best to a station as well as live next to one so it only makes sense to ride these home each night.
