I love the idea of the business. Being able to rent bikes around town is something that I can enjoy. Unfortunately the App does not make it easy.

You have ruined my last 3 weekends zagster. The bikes are there but the app doesn’t see them. Or it sees bike numbers that aren’t even there. Plus it’s locked down to one location unless you email and ask to change it. Not good at all. Bikes are in good shape, if you can unlock one.

Excellent bikes, the app doesn’t work

The app never knows exactly how many bikes are in each station. Sometimes there is a bike but you cannot use it because the app doesn’t count it. So frustrating

The bikes are wonderful and this is the best way to enjoy bike riding without lugging around your own bike!
App does not function properly

This app used to work great but now I can’t zoom in on the map and choose my bike stations. Crashes my phone and I does not work at all. Needs a patch fix or something. I am on a IPhone X.

Never enough available bikes. Too many are under mechanical repair. Locking mechanism is far too difficult to operate
Trash app can’t ride bikes

Horrible. No instructions. Malfunctioning with the help button. There’s a promo code requirement that they don’t inform you about in how to use it. Put the promo code req on the app or at the location where you rent the bikes. Wasted 30 mins - worst ever.
