Love being able to ride with my family everyday Just some could use some fixing but overall love it

I visited Corvallis for two weeks and used the Zagster bike share at least once every day. It was easy to use and had convenient bike stations. The one time I had a problem with a lock customer service was super helpful and remedied the situation immediately. Thanks for providing an awesome bike share program!

I tested Zagster for the first time today at a greenway near my home. The app was super easy to use and explained everything well. Unlocking the bike was no problem and I took off. Return the bike was also just as easy, just make sure you hold the orange lock button all the way down until you hear it click, then lock the bike cable. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again! Thanks for offering this for folks without bicycles of their own.

Terrible bikes, terrible customer service

The bikes are terrible quality and not well maintained. And the service ain't cheap. Next time we have visitors who want to ride with us, we will find some cheap bikes on Craigslist. Their website and customer service are both impenetrable webs of frustration. Very disappointing experience.

App will not load

I just downloaded the app and it will not load anything. I press the Get Started button and it takes me to the location services page to find a bike. From there, nothing I click, type in, anything will load. It is completely dead. Was really excited about this service, now not so much.

Worst app one can find

Customer service was spamming emails and I tried to subscribe multiple times. Also I canceled my subscription and they still tried to charge me. I don't usually write reviews, but this app is insanely bad and horribly made. Their marketing team is as annoying as one can get.

Good service for a great idea

Not the best system, requiring some set up and information sharing. However, despite the start up and data usage and 3$ hourly rate, it serves Roanoke pretty well. Not as good as the D.C. Bike share or Santa Monica but the interface is not that difficult once your running.

One size bike does NOT fit all

I get that this is a cool thing. But I'm a very short person. Having bikes of only one size (which is too big for me even with the shortest settings) is not a fun or ideal ride. I spent 9 minutes sit/standing on this bike panicking because I couldn't ride it. I could barely move away from the terminal for fear of falling into the street. Zagster needs to get bikes of all sizes, because how would kids be able to ride these? I spent $2 on a panic attack, Thanks but no thanks I can get those for free.
