If I could leave 0 stars I would, we tried for several hours with three different stations to get bikes to work. Locks wouldn’t open, the app itself is a nightmare to use, just don’t even try it. You can only use one bike per app and the phone service was useless. Maintenance people were useless and had no idea what they were doing
Quality bikes - more exercise

So once all these green and yellow bikes started showing up in the neighborhood, I began to notice the zagster bikes right on my corner. They are not as flexible in terms of mobility, but are much higher-quality bikes that I have grown to love. I get a lot more exercise and I go riding frequently because of these bikes.

I had a perfect date set up days in advance with my wife, account made and everything and I get to the bikes and apparently no bikes exists around the area (standing right in front of the bikes ) blue tooth on email confirmed, I try all 8 bikes and still nothing. “No bikes exist in the area” 4th of July evening was very disappointing
Really nice ride, but hard to get the bike

I really enjoyed riding a bike, it was really nice and it’s a good idea to provide bikes like this. However, the system is not perfect at all. It was really really hard to get on a bike. We passed almost 30 minutes with my mom because her app was not working and she couldn’t open the bike, even with the code given. Fortunately, a member of the staff came to save us, and we finally were able to get the bike. The ride was really enjoyable, but the part to end the rental was hard too. We didn’t understand how to put it back, how to get the bike locked, because my bike couldn’t get locked back. We finally succeed but still it is so disapointing that the part to get a bike and to end is that hard because the ride on it was really nice. I think the system would need a little more improvements, but the staff and members are really helpful and nice. Overall I will be happy to start another ride soon!

Such a great service! My husband and I downsized recently so buying bikes wasn’t an option at our new home. This gives us the option to ride at so many locations and not worry about caring for and lugging bikes around. It’s super easy to use and there have always been bikes available.
