The locks NEVER work and, instead of speeding up the process of getting somewhere, you end up standing by the bike station trying to either unlock or lock the bike. You're better off walking- it's gonna be faster and less irritating.

Only works for me about half the time. Number of bikes shown often wrong (1 bike, not 6), bikes do not reliably unlock (today one would not unlock at all), app often claims I did not lock a bike after locking it, app once claimed I was not at a Zagster station when I was (so tried to charge me extra). My ride list is filled with <1 minute rides from failed (un)locking attempts.
Good but one thing.

Noticed that both my bike and my partners had issues with their gears. Hopefully other bikes are in good shape.

We had lots of difficulty using Bluetooth and we usually turned our Bluetooth off and used the code, Other than That it’s great

Been waiting for over 30 minuets to get the app to download - very bummed! Now it has been over an hour and still no download completed

The worst company! Absolutely Terrible costumer service, awful app, doesn't work properly, huge pain In the but and way too expensive.

App would not let me to anything. I was forced to go to the website to create an account, then went back to the app and it wouldn’t let me log in. It also couldn’t find my location. I was then forced to use the text message to get the bike. App needs major work.

Customer service is excellent, i called a couple times and was satisfied with the service. I see people ofter lock the bikes and forget to end rental, can you guys auto end the rental after certain time?
