I just got this app today. It was easy to unlock and ride the bike. But I did have a bit of trouble locking the bike. The representative I called found the problem: the wires of the wheel may get in the way of the lock so you may have to rotate the wheel a bit. Just thought this may be a good psa.

I really have enjoyed Zagster. I love-love-love the off-site lock up since I am more than a mile away from the closest docking station. Keep up the good work.

App works really well. Only thing that I wish Zagster app could do better would be to show the number of bikes that are available at any given station. Other than that, perfect.
