Smart scale no longer. Want to view all the other measurements the various products offer? Now you have to create an account so your information can be mined and sold for who knows what.
Measurements cannot be deleted

Workaround to delete weight

I couldn’t delete my toddlers weight entry from my weight history. I was getting an error in Chinese script and it was messing my weekly and monthly weight. So I deleted the entry in apple health data, only then I was able to delete the entry in Yunmai’s app. If you’re struggling with the same issue give it a go.
Bluetooth stopped syncing with phone

I haven’t been able to get the smart scale to sync with my phone in over 3 years now. Suddenly it just stopped working. The scale now only works as a weight scale. I’ve tried everything from updating the app, deleting the app and all of the content and downloading a fresh updated version. Nothing seem to work.
Can’t delete old stats

I’m having the same issue as other members, can’t delete old stats, keep getting an error in an Asian language, very frustrating
Great Scale/Bad App

Scale does what a smart scale is supposed to, gives metrics, does that seemingly well But most recently they’ve begun to update the app either without testing or strictly testing what they’re adding, my girlfriend can no longer get her phone to sync to it at all, despite deleting the app AND Bluetooth device and repairing, scale just won’t report to her phone, it reports to mine fine but if I ever mistakenly track a weight or want to clear one, the option no longer works, I’ll swipe and click delete on a historical data record and it’ll just say “cancelled” In my honest opinion this is a case where a foreign product tried to develop an English app and via broken English and broken code they are failing ever so slightly…
App isn’t doing its job

The app isn’t doing it job - and that’s the entire reason I bought this scale. Please update and fix problems.
