Looks like I’m buying a different scale today

Scale is three years old. Wasn’t syncing anything but weight to iPhone. Replaced batteries. Re-installed app. I selected the picture of the scale most closely resembling my scale, the Premium. App tells me to download Chinese version of app. Deleted app again, deleted data. Restarted phone. Re-installed app. Same problem. I’m locked out of using the scale by the app. I cannot re-select another scale in the set up. Off to buy another brand today. Goodbye Yunmai.
Great app- one issue

Love this app and my yunmai scale. I like the graph feature on the app, really helps visualize long term weight loss. The one thing that absolutely bugs me is that the app doesn’t time out if you don’t close out of it. I frequently weigh myself before I shower and I can’t tell you how many times I’m 10 minutes into a shower and look over to see my phone screen still lit up with my weight displayed. Wish it would time out like other apps after a minute or two.
