When I first got my scale the app works fine and didn’t have any ads. The Greedy developers have now added ads to wat b on something you already paid for. Disgusting. Going in the garbage.
Redesign the app.

The older version (last year) is much better than the interface on the current edition (6/2021). New version is much harder to navigate and review data from yesterday or earlier. Seems like they updated the app not so much for ease of use and client satisfaction, but more because they needed to keep their IT guys busy. New does not necessarily mean improved.

DO NOT USE, DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. Yuanmi does not need my email for my Bluetooth scale to communicate with my phone so it can save data to Apple Health. I will never give them my personal information. So I now have a useless scale. Zero stars for the app and I wish I could get my money back from the scale. Alas.
A complete failure of an app

This app replaced a nice and usable app that worked. This app fails as the smart graphs and longer term data doesn’t come every time. It just goes back to the waiting for someone to step on the scale.
The app is really buggy

The hardwares are fine but the app is quite buggy. For jumping ropes, I have been achieving a challenge after so many tries. Finally I made it, the app cannot recognize. Sometimes, it stuck at a number and no matter how many you jumps the reading stuck there. The developer does not even leave a way for reporting bugs. A good product but sometimes make you really frustrated.

I cannot delete weights in history mode. I get message "Bad Gateway (502)" Rectified itself but now it's happened again!

Great when it works but doesn’t register weight half the time. It is very disappointing when it does not work. David

Since update all features are gone, now scales only do weight. They are no better than a 12.00 scale. Now I am looking for a more reputable company.
