App needs work

I have two users on scale when I first set it up. Had to remove my husband from app because is would registered his weight under my name (100+# differences in weight). There was no way to edit or delete the wrong weight. Also the app must be sinked to app daily or it won’t save data. I love the scale App needs work.

I could not register and was quite irritated. I did not know you had to turn OFF your phone Wi-Fi for success. Once Custer service helped me w that, love it!

Does not sync past weights

App is buggy and does not have an easy way to transfer stored weights. It has a button to “manage storage” but when pressed it appears to simply delete all saved (non synched) weights without warning! Don’t buy if you want to be able to keep an accurate account of your weights over time. Updated: After more investigating it has become clear that the app can only be used on one device. If it is on multiple devices the scale will upload the weights indiscriminately between the two devices and user profiles making the records incomplete on any device and a mixture of weights between people. This makes following trends over time totally useless.

I’ve had this scale for at least a couple years & ABSOLUTELY love it!!! The only slight issue is that my husband’s weight shows up in my history from time to time, even though he has his own profile. Other than that, the fat percentage is VERY close to my local Nutrishop, which is AMAZING!!! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

Trouble Calculating Weight

I’ve had the scale for about nine months and it was working fine, now all of a sudden, it stopped calculating my weight difference. I think it’s time to update your app.

Cannot create an account

I recently purchased a yunmai scale on Amazon and in order to connect to Bluetooth, you must create an account. However, when I follow the instructions in the app, I get an error message... in Chinese. Google translate says it was “server error please try again” First, error messages should be in whatever language the user selects (in my case, English) second, when I tried to access app support via the App Store, I got a 502 bad gateway error. Very disappointed and if I can’t get this resolved in the next few days I will be returning the scale and also leaving a negative review on Amazon

I love that I can track my weight over time. Downside: It frequently puts my husband or my small daughter’s weight under my weight even though they are 100 lbs different. There’s no way to move it, you have to delete it. I also wish it had the year on the date. It would be nice to track year by year.
