Never works anymore

The app just simply never wants to connect to the scale anymore, so it’s useless.
Doesn’t calculate guest weight

I work in a gym and so I use this scale on a lot of people. After an update a few months ago, I was no longer able to use the scale to calculate a guest user’s weight. It would give a 200lb man the weight of 90lbs and it wasn’t even in kg so I’m not sure where that number came from. I realized I had a to make a profile for each person otherwise it won’t work.

Used to be good but when they changed the app you can only have 1 profile now. No good for tracking the family - plus all our old data disappeared
App stopped working!

I have enjoyed this scale for sometime then one day the app “froze” and I can not fix it so it is an expensive scale that I can no longer use! Very frustrating.

After updating the app a login is now required. The is no privacy disclosure given. After creating an account with a fictitious email i found that all of my data had been erased. 2 years of progress tracking gone. A lot of the progress tracking graphs have also been removed. Was great, now looks way worse, apparently either deletes your data periodically, or requires you allow them to keep your data on their servers... this is a bathroom scale, I don’t need it to have access to the internet. Terrible company, i will not buy any of their products in the future.

Why are you collecting personal browsing history for a weighing scale? Yea no thank you, I’m deleting this app and getting rid of the scale.
If you want something that works for a few months buy this

I would give this a minus if there was one listed! Bought this and a few months later it won’t work! Changed batteries still won’t work, can’t send a message to support that won’t work either. If you have extra money and want to give it away buy this China junk‼️ Pretty much expensive JUNK‼️

I loved the app prior to the update. Unfortunately this new and not improved version is simply horrible. I don’t know why they couldn’t see that this was a big mistake. I’ll be looking for a new scale.
Died in less than a year!

I have a black model that works great and just bought another for a second home. Bought a white one for my wife and it is completely dead in less than a year! I’ve changed batteries to no avail. Screen is black! So sad. Can’t recommend now!
