I like the app and I’m also glad they recently released an update but why does it need to remind me to weigh myself 10 times a day when I have weighed myself already?? It keeps sending me notifications to go weigh myself when I already did.

The latest YUNMAI update is a train wreck. Not only did it forget my login information but it made it difficult to re-enter my password and user ID. Further, after I finally got the app to allow me to change my password, the system will not allow me to login but times out my request to login EVERY time! It’s as if the YUNMAI server is offline. Additionally, since I’m not able to log into the system, the electronic scales have defaulted to reporting my weight on the scales in kilograms rather than in pounds. That means I have to do a manual conversion on a calculator to figure out what my weight is in pounds. And since I’m not able to log onto the YUNMAI server, my scales won’t communicate via Bluetooth with my iPhone or iPad. It’s a mess. DO NOT UPDATE your app until they fix this mess.

I just updated the app. First, it changed how it stores data. It deleted my last five years of data!! Also, now I have to accept their use of my super personal health data to their other unknown service and advertisements including Chinese government.. Maybe it is time to buy new one...
TERRIBLE design with the new update!!

I’ve been a YUNMAI smart scale user for years now. Great product BUT the new version of the app is very disappointing. What happened to displaying if you lost or gained?? The previous version did that very well. The UI and UX of this new version needs to go back to the drawing board. I love the product but the companion app let me down with this update..
What Happened?

This update seems like a mayor step down from the original app. The colors n graphics seem to be more basic. Don’t get me wrong i like my scale very much but with all the different points that could be followed the apps is just NOT up to the same standard.
Latest upgrade horrendous

The app used to be nice - worthy of 4 stars. The latest upgrade was a huge step backwards in terms of the GUI. The blue screenshots were of the old version. The new version is blue and missing the old graphs and easy navigation.
