Don't use tutorial

Don't follow the advice they give. Guaranteed way to lose. Stats are not correct. If you count up doubles for example, about 50% come after using the tutorial to make a move, then you get hit and can't get out. Much better options out there. You can predict the computer role whenever you previously follow advice.

You can become world class

You can learn how to play world class backgammon just by playing against this app. When I started playing this app my average score was over 20, which is rated as beginner level. Now I play at expert level. My average is approaching world class level. I already play a lot of world class level matches now. I even play a surprising number of games that are rated at world champion level. I still have some error-filled games that lower my average, but I don't make many bad moves that are considered blunders. The app appears to cheat. It’s not even subtle about it. It’s easy to see what it does in specific situations just to win. It does it over and over and over in those situations even though the mathematical odds of those events are preposterous. There are plenty of people who say that the apparent cheating isn’t real. Those people say that the app just appears to be cheating because it plays so well. My reaction to that is that I don’t get that same ridiculous luck even when I’m playing world-champion rated games so I don’t see how the app can legitimately get the same lucky breaks so consistently. The way to play this app is to improve your rating. That will make you a great player against human opponents. When you play against the app opponent you will lose even when you play at world class level. Don’t expect that to change. When I began playing lots of games at world class level the cheating by the app just became much more blatant.
