My toddlers misplaced the remote

I have been using this app because I cannot locate the remote. It works ok but there is lag and you do not have full usability for everything on the app. What I would love is the ability to ping your remote so you can find it easier. Like for example the Roku ultra has a button on the box to play a ring tone to locate the remote. This ingenious option has saved me countless times. But in regards to the remote control for the Comcast box it is not the same story

Too hard to find channels

This app will not filter out the channels that I do not have and it makes it very frustrating to find a channel using this app so I don’t use it.

The app has problems and there is no interest in fixing

Disaster at Xfiniti

Very frustrating with the DVR Manager not working. Attempted to contact Xfiniti with live chat. That did not work either. When I had a live conversation I was told that OnDemand is great. That also is not working properly. Time to switch ?

Dog ate my remote :(

The fact that when my dog eats my remote I can just go on my phone and download an app that lets me control my TV is AMAZING. I don't know why anyone would complain about that. The fact that it does anything at all is awesome. 5 stars

Can’t set DVR recordings

The best thing about this WAS that you could set DVR recordings with this app while you was away from home. You definitely need to bring back that option. I’m thinking it may be time to leave Xfinity.

I used to set recordings all the time from the old app. I cannot figure out how to do it here. Clicked on Help/FAQs and was directed to a page that doesn’t exist.

Removal of feature to set a recording is dumb!

I just went to set a recording, Detroit Lions vs Oakland Raiders. I’m not home and want to be able to watch this when I return.. now I can’t! Comcast took away the feature. How dumb!! Bring this feature back!!

No Volume Control Option

This app would actually be almost perfect, except the fact there is no longer a volume control option! COMCAST : PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND BRING BACK THE VOLUME CONTROL FUNCTION! I’m sure many customers will agree with this.

Ugh .. what happen to scheduling recordings

I used the app often to set a recording of a show when not home. Now that is gone, can only watch channel. C’mon man!! 6 months later and no reply from Company and still features disappear. Where can I give the company as a whole 1 star.
