So far so good; I’ve yet to trigger a false alarm. I like that the app can control MyQ Chamberlain garage door, Hue lights and a number of other home technologies. Comcast-Xfinity has come along way in improving customer service. Thank you for making me feel more like a valued customer than a enemy.

I only got the home security “monitoring” to get a deal out of their Triple Play. I have a cell phone as majority of the people. I had land line for a short time and after it nearly drove me crazy with telemarketing calls I kept the line but unplugged the phone. Still, my shows were interrupted with a line across the screen that so and so is calling. Finally I switched to home security. Living 10 minutes from Central Downtown in Denver, in a high rise building, it’s not a bad idea to have at least some sense of security in knowing that I can see the inside and the outside of my apartment anytime I want. Prices for cameras are ridiculously expensive and with the amount of money Comcast rips off of me and everyone else they should come with the installation.

Tried this service before and it sucked! This time it seems to be much better! A bit upset that you wanted to charge me for a camera to use this service, I mean how do you expect a person to use home security without a single camera?! But luckily I still have the one I paid for 3 years ago!

Use to work great on my old 4s. Now I can’t get by the overview screen trying to sell me kick on my new phone.
Works just fine.

Lets me see the comings & going’s of life in my neighborhood and the status of my homes security. Also nice to get texts when kids get home from door open alerts. Not the best picture or video quality but it gets the job done...
