I don't get it why the app logs me out after 24 hours. I need to keep logging in every 24 hours in order to use the app. Please fix this bug. (Got iPhone X)

I love the app, but of late me and my wife been hacking issues with the app keep having to resigning in this happened after the last update.

This app would be great if I didn’t have to log in every single time I need to use it. Wth??? What if there was an actual emergency and I needed to access my panel right away? Every second counts and it’s a waste of time to have to log in when I want or need to access my account, not to mention inconvenient and frustrating. Please get this together, Comcast!!

We switched from Moni alarm company because of bad customer service and they kept hitting me every year with cost recovery fees. I Love Comcast! The app is great and very easy to use. The tech was very friendly and walked us through the app . Customer service is great too getting right through. I had the app for a month so far and no flaws. Great Job!

Camera take forever to come up... at least once a week I can’t even access the ap at all, usually at night when trying to set the alarm.. I totally regret switching to xfinity It’s the worse security system I have ever had Poor quality cameras and the ap and WiFi don’t work I am deep in regrets even months later I wish my contract would hurry up and expire

Your app login issue

The login page gives you an option to login with your email address versus your user id However, only the user id takes you to the correct place. The email address as the id takes you to a different site. Please fix it ASAP
