Though it’s taken some time to adjust after switching from a different security system, I’m enjoying the flexibility of using the WiFi interface remotely. Customer Service is responsive when I have a question or need. Couldn’t ask for more!

Love the app but now that Xfinity has done way with the key fobs they really need to add a panic button to the app!

Based on Zigbee, this home alarm system is simple, and doesn’t require complex wiring to work. It’s also easy to extend over time because you can add additional devices by yourself. Monitoring is also not terribly expensive if you sign up for a contract.

This app is simple to use for at least the simple features for arming/disarming and selecting which rooms and windows and doors etc. that you want to include. Also a nice interface. I had a security system for two years and never used it once-it was cryptic. The installation guy was very professional, well trained and informed, and very helpful. It’s been a really good experience. The one thing I would suggest for improvement is a more sturdy panic button. This one is flimsy and the UI is not intuitive. Makes me nervous that I would not be able to use it properly if I actually needed to use it.

This review is inspired by my current situation. The home screen or screen for activating/deactivating the alarm has disappeared overnight. This happens often. I unload and reload the app hoping that it will reset itself. Sometimes it does...sometimes it doesn’t. At the time, My husband and I can no longer remotely turn our alarm on and/or off. ??♀️

Overall the system works well, we’ve had a few issues with cameras and quality. The app itself is a little glitchy and could definitely use much more development. Cameras take a little while to load and recently would switch off from 24/7 recording so there would have to be rebooted. The app will definitely benefit from more smart home integration. Looking forward to the future updates and enhancements.
