The app works fine most of the time. I can check history when away from home. Very reassuring. Sometimes the app is logged off and I need to log back in.

Well finally able to login via phone as usual when we r ootown or country it never works always says password wrong which of course it is not so let’s hope it keeps working so when can check when we are away. Oh yes and then sometimes it just can’t connect u just get a whirly ball & no connection

I have never seen a service like what we get from xfinity. Being able to view security footage remotely, access Dvr from my phone, and the voice activated feature in the remote control are three of the aspects of the service I enjoy most. We have had this for a couple years now and I wouldn’t switch to anyone else!
